  • Staff roster for your stand completed (include show days, move in and move out
  • Exhibitor badges ordered for staff working on site
  • Insurance checked for public liability & stock during show, move in and out
  • Stand design, construction & signwriting organised
  • Buyer's Guide Form returned for on-site catalogue
  • Book transport to and from show
  • If necessary book move-intime
  • Finalise display stock
  • Arrange electrical.lighting, plumbing if needed
  • Hire equipment needed eg furniture, plants, display stands
  • Print brochures, leaflets for your stand
  • Order extra product order forms, stationery, EFTPOS, phones, etc
  • Arrange competitions & prizes if planned
  • Confirm entertainment & special features
  • Finalise editorial & media releases on time
  • Concession Passes to be purchased (if applicable) for clients, staff, family, etc
  • Arrange photography of your stand for promotional use
  • Get professional shots taken of your product for PR, newspaper, etc
  • Clean your stand
  • Brief your staff
  • Staff incentives finalised
  • Post show leads follow-up planned
