I just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know how thrilled I am with the big mural and the premier banner that you made for us. It arrive late yesterday afternoon and we have just set it all up in our conference room for a test run. It really was simple to install and it looks wonderful. I’m glad we went for the 3 spot lights they really light the big mural up. Thanks for all the help you gave me on this and thank you also for the amazingly quick turn around. I thought we would be cutting it a bit fine – but we are here with still two weeks to go before our exhibition. We are currently working on the design of the third banner and will send you an order as soon as this is complete. Everyone is so impressed – you can expect some more orders from our other branches soon!

Just arrived home this hour and I’m off to the next conference on Saturday. Stands arrived in brilliant short time, so we had time to do a set up in the office before packing off to Melbourne. Stand looked excellent and worked brilliantly. I just packed all the books inside the plinths at night, fixed posters of key new product to the front of the plinths and we looked a million bucks! Thank you once again for the prompt service repairing the base of our old banner. Your ongoing service, even for goods purchased years ago is commendable. I really appreciate this.
When I first asked you if you could supply us with a very versatile display system, you gave me a rundown on all the features of the Cario Display panels. Your suggestion to first rent the panels sold us (try before you buy! )and since then with some slight improvements we now have a very portable, versatile, easy to assemble and good looking display panels that we can use indoors and outdoors.
It is however not only the quality of the product but also the expertise and friendly service provided by the team at Popsmart that makes this product so great. It certainly is helping us a great deal in conveying our message to the public. Thanks a lot.

Hi Barry and thanks for your time when I called in this morning. You certainly have a wealth of knowledge about your industry, exhibition techniques, and sales generally. I really do appreciate you sharing your expertise with me. Your suggestion to rent the display stand(s) initially makes sense. If the strategy works well, then buying the stand(s) is a good option. As I was telling you, I have two large laminated posters which I would like to use if possible. See attached copy. The posters are 1200 wide and just under 1800 high.

Just got back from the show the new big mural popup stand worked a treat. Great graphics and no frustration trying to line up panel graphics. We were under pressure with limited pack in times at each of the three events on consecutive dates. I had our stand up ready while other exhibitors were still clipping their stand frame works together. It is also more rigid and stable in comparison to our other POP Up stand
