Deliveries Policy

We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which includes its delivery to you. We take this responsibility seriously and work with our couriers to ensure a high standard is maintained in deliveries throughout NZ. In this deliveries policy, the expressions “we”, “us” and “our” are a reference to Brandstand.

  • Upon placing an order with us, we will confirm the timeframes for delivery. Delivery times vary according to the item ordered, and any customisation required.
  • Our usual delivery for standard non-customised items is no longer than 10 days from order.
  • Where we are printing graphics, allow a further 5 working days for customisation.
  • We understand that sometimes you have time constraints, so discuss timings with your Sales Representative and they will be able to confirm final timings with you.
  • We will always endeavour to contact you in a timely fashion if there are unforeseen issues with manufacture or printing that will hold up delivery.
  • We utilise external courier companies in delivering our orders around New Zealand. We work closely with our suppliers and have forged great relationships with them. We work within and are subject to their policies once goods leave our depot.
