We were approached by Palmerston North Airport to help them deliver better customer feedback. We installed an Interactive Digital Kiosk into the airport and located in a high foot traffic area to ensure impact. Using our bespoke operating system we were able to provide a number of on-screen information segments as well as invite users to leave feedback on their experience within the airport. 

The campaign worked well, delivering much better user numbers, and giving a much better indication of people's experiences within the airport. This has enabled management to make better decisions, based on facts rather than opinion.
